Since you took the pill 13 hours after sex, it is very unlikely that you got pregnant. It is very common for the morning after pill to cause a delay or an irregularity in your period after you take it. If a few weeks pass after your period and you still don't have a period, or if you continued to have unprotected sex after you took the pill, you should take a pregnancy test. However, usually, within a few weeks, your periods will return to normal. Talk to your doctor about starting something reliable for birth control so you don't have to worry about unwanted pregnancy in the future.
