Should I Be Concerned For The Low Heart Beat, Having Stent In The Heart And Lupus And Taking Medications For BP?

I am a 69 yr old woman. I have lupus and a stent in my heart; been on blood pressure medicine since I was in mid 20's. Last few days my heart rate has been mostly in mid 40's but has been 38. This does not seem to be changed even with activity. Should I be concerned
