Should I Be Concerned That I Vomited Undigested Lunch 16 Hours Later, Along With Soft White Rubbery “pill-like” Objects?

It s 3am and i just vomited up a portion of my lunch from 11am. I can tell by the identifiable food chunks that my dinner was not included in the vomit, only lunch from much earlier in the day. Also there were soft white/translusent rubbery pills about the size of a Lego that foated to the top. Should I be concerned about food remaining in my stomach for 16 hours? And what are the white things?
