Should I Be Worried About A Brown Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hi I'm 29y/o, I am on my seventh month of pregnancy. I've been discharging brown spots for four days now,without feeling any vaginal pain. I have already consulted my OB-gyne and made some test but everything turns to be normal. I still worry because untill now I still have a continuous discharges

Hello,
If the fetal movements are normal, if there is no evidence of any fetal jeopardy on clinical assessment and sonogram as well as doppler studies, stress test may be done. A Cardiotocogram also may be helpful. If everything is fine with the baby, you may then be examined with a speculum to see if there is any local cause for the discharge. A urinalysis also can be done to note any infection. If everything comes out normal, please take adequate rest in left lateral position and relax. Wish you safe motherhood.
