Should I Be Worried About A Harmless Fall Into The Bathtub?

My daughter fell and hit her head on the bathtub last night. After, she said that she felt a weird pressure where she hit her head, her ear felt like it needed to pop and her neck hurt. I felt around and she has no lump so i thought everything was ok. I checked her throughout the night and she seems fine. But someone just told me that not having a lump is not a good sign. Should I be worried?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Yeah, I appreciate your concern. Even a trivial injury over the ear, mastoid area and any part of head might be dangerous if ignored. A proper investigation by local examination, middle ear examination and imaging of brain is necessary to rule out any form of ill effect of the injury.
So I would suggest to get those examination done by any specialist or even a general physician of your area.
