Should I Be Worried About A Heart Beat Rhythm Change?

today and on several other occasions my heart seems to slow down, and start beating really hard. My head also starts to throb at the same pace as my heart pounding . It only lasts about 10 seconds but happens all the time even when i'm just sitting in class . Should i be worried ?

Hi,

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated.
Get a serial ECG monitoring to rule out cardiac arrhythmia.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
