Should I Be Worried About A Hit On Left Ear With A Boxing Glove?

I got hit on my left ear with a boxing glove and immediately I couldn t hear as we ll! And now when I try to pop my ears by closing my mouth and holding my nose while I exhale air comes out of the left ear! It dosent hurt or anything but I ve been looking at the internet and many say it could be serious

What u r doing is like valsalva....manoevre which will open up ur tube. In any case ur ear may have been blocked due to neg pressure generated by injury and fluid exudation. There may be middle ear fluid or a small tear in ear drum or there may be already wax present. In any case get it checked by an Ent surgeon
