Should I Be Worried About A Painful White Sore On The Roof Of My Mouth And Red And Dark Veins On The Inner Cheek?

I have a sore near the roof of my mouth, it is painful and white. On the same side of my mouth on the inside cheek near the gumline I see a network of thin bright red spiderlike looking vein and one thicker dark purple almost black looking vein across the top of my cheek . Do I need to worry?
