Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. You have rumbling feeling below the right breast, knee, biceps, right side of the tummy, it appears to be the involuntary muscle contractions, may be due to the deficiency of the calcium, sodium, or potassium etc. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. He may prescribe you diclofenac, ranitidine, calcium, and other electrolytes. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
