General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Dear 28 years old young male..
This is not the age for heart problems.
Worrying too much will certainly lead to the heart ailment. So the first thing stop worrying as you are just 28.

If the Doctor has told you not to worry means there is really nothing to worry- no Doctor is going to hide ECG changes from you.

The beats under right ( heart is left sided) ... can be due to anxiety only.

Yet to confirm undergo an echocardiography... Please do this for you to have a sound mind and sleep.
