Should I Be Worried About Burning Sensation While Urinating After Having Sex With A Prostitute?

I had sex with a african prostitute while extremly high off drugs and alcohol and isn't sure if the condom broken,my encounter was 5 days ago and for the past 2 days there has been a slight burning sensation constantly,no discharge or pain when urinating

Welcome to HCM.

Burning sensation during urination may be due to STD cause or may be due to poor consumption of water.
As you are not sure about the condom status after sex, it Is better to have investigations related to STD/HIV.
A simple examination of urine for deposits for the presence of pus cells will reveal whether it is due to infectious cause or noninfectious reason. If the pus cells are more than 5 in number then you must go for further tests and if less than 5 consumption of adequate water will help you get over this problem.
