Throughout the day, I have had chest congestion and a sore throat. I have a fever of 100.4 (F) and have also had the chills. My face also has minor aches in certain areas. Is this anything I need to be worried about or is it a simple cold?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some viral infection.
Go for some decongestant, analgesic medicine for 2-3 days.
You may take Wikoryl plus or Diominic-DCA medicine.
