Should I Be Worried About Dizziness And Tiredness?

Hi, I am a 26 year old female. I had my last health check up 4 months ago just before I left India and came to the UK and all the reports were normal. For almost a week now I always feel dizzy and tired. When I sleep, I dont get up for atleast 12 hours(unintentionally) and still feel sleepy. Is this due to the change in food habits? Or can there be other reasons? What is the solution for this?

Hello
As you mentioned that all reports were normal 4 months back.
Now you are feeling tiredness, sleepiness , dizziness , all these symptoms may be due to .
1 Anemia , diagnosis can be confirmed by hemoglobin level examination.
2 Second reason in your case may be ANXIETY , as this may be the reason due to new environment ( from India to England). As you mentioned that changed food habit may be the next reason.
3 Over work may be the next reason of tiredness and dizziness , so take some rest .
In my opinion deal accordingly as above mentioned . If your hemoglobin is perfect then wait for some time.
Good luck.
