Should I Be Worried About Ear Pain When Swallowing After Taking Augmentin For Strep Throat?

I am being treated for strep throat. I started taking Augmentin 24 hrs ago. My symptoms were extreme sore throat and mild body aches. Now the bacteria from the strep as spread to my right middle ear. My throat doesn't seem sore but my ear HURTS BAD when I talk or swallow. Should I be worried?
