Hi dear,I have thoroughly read your query and deeply understand your concerns.
The cause of reddish stools (blood?) has to be evaluated.I were to do a stool analysis check for the presence of blood in stools and evaluate further.Only if the stool results are positive I were to do a colonoscopy.
Beetroot and strawberry are less likely to produce frank red stools. This may not be due to cancer.Donot panic.Hope this answers your query.
