Should I Be Worried About Small Bumps Inside My Nostrils With Headaches And Ear Pressure?

Hi! About two days ago I noticed two small bumps on the inside of both nostrils towards the back. I have been experiences off and on headaches,earaches, and ear pressure. When I lay down I also feel facial pressure. I am really worried of what this may be. Should I be? Thank you!
