Should I Be Worried By A Broken Condom Though Pills Was Taken On Time?

Hello,
Last night I was sexually active and the condom broke and he came inside of me. However, I am on birth control and have not missed a pill. But I have not been taking the pill at the same time everyday. I am getting my period sometime this week. Should I consider the Plan B pill? Please help! Very Scared!

Hi ,
If the barrier contraception failed( condom ruptured ) and you were on regular oc pills then there is no need of taking progestin only emergency contraception . But if you are not taking it regularly then you should def take it . Wait 35 days later to your LMP (last menstrual period )If you don't get your menses then do UPT (urine pregnancy test ) to confirm pregnancy status .

Hope this ll help .

Thanks n regards
