Should I Be Worried For Raised Bumps On Leg From A Ball Hit?

I got hit by a baseball in the lower shin 10 days ago. There is still a raised bump on my leg and very light bruising, but I have a very dark bruise all along the inside of my foot. Should I be worried? Is a clot a possibility? I'm a 37 year old female the ball was foul and hit me while my feet were propped on the fence.
