Should I Be Worried For Severe Bleeding Started After Few Months?

I m 51. Haven t had a period for 136 days. Woke up this morning at 2am with a burning and cramping where my c section scars are. Clots came out several times this morning now I m bleeding where I need to wear a maxi pad. I had ablation 7 years ago. Should I be worried?
