Should I Be Worried For Small Glands On Stomach And Hands?

I saw in my body many small glands in different parts, all are indurated glands, most of glands in stomeche and hands and also many parts, there is no pain any gland but when I push any of gland then I feel little pain. So I want to know is it harm to me in future? actually what it is? please suggest me for cure this problem.
