hi siR...I'm Adeel From pakistan....few month ago i came from college...when i reached home my blood pressure increase .190/100...i was very fit and my B.p not increase Before...aFter this my heart beat become slow and fast..i m very worried...i checked up mY doctors///now the posation is that my heart beat increase after eating.. cool drink...and B.P increase....and some time my body become cool suddn..after driving the bike my body is shvr.????please tell me i'm very worried..

This is nothing to worry, but for safety purpose I would advise you for cardiac evaluation, and that includes echo test EKG, get it done this will clear the doubt have nice day.
