Should I Be Worried When There Was Blood And Red Flesh In My Stool For 3 Weeks After Laxative Overuse And I Have Hemorrhoids?

Doctor, I ve had some blood on my poop but it s been 3 week for now, not big amounts of blood in it but a bit of veins or, keep on mind that I drank laxative and took injections just to get rid of my constipation, I went to the doctor and he said it s normal coz I ve overdosed on l axative, I took my medicine and now my poop is back to its normal color but I still have some red flesh on my poop from time to time and keep on mind also doctor that I have Hemorrhoids, please answer me doctor I m so worried, thank you!
