Should I Consider A Colonoscopy For My Chronic Lower Abdominal And Rectal Discomfort While Having Symptoms Resembling IBS?

Hello doctor, I m a 22 year old women and I m having abdominal issues for more then 3-4years now. I feel constant discomfort in my lower abdomen and rectum. Sometimes I feel current type pain in my rectal area. My ultrasound & blood reports are completely normal which I ve done for more then 3-4 time in this span. I m having symptoms of ibs so for now I m avoiding all the triggering foods. Should I opt for colonoscopy now? Because this prolonged condition gives me anxiety and i can t Focus on daily chores.
