Should I Consider Stem Cell Therapy For A Little Girl With Moderate Autism, Speech Delay, Hyperactivity, And Toe Walking?

Hi, I have a 6years old daughter who has autism,( she s in the moderate spectrum), she has speech delayed issues as well. Very hyperactive, restless & toe walker. I have been thinking of the possibilities to try for Stemcell therapy for my child. Can you plz suggest me whether it would be a wise decision or not ?
