Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,
I read your query and would like to suggest a cardiologist consultation as a routine cardiac check up, to rule out any problem present or in near future.
You have to risk factors; familiar history for heart disease and smoking.
I advise to quit smoking and to live a healthy life.
Hope i answered to your query.
