Should I Consult A Dermatologist Or A Rheumatologist For Discoid Lupus?

I nosed with was diagnosed with discoid lupus 3 years ag and has been seeing a dermatologist off and on since that time. I have had scalp lesions with hair loss at times. currently the lesions are larger in size . should I continue with the dermatologist or should I being seeing a rheumatologist?
