Should I Consult A Doctor For Burning In My Chest, Back, Throat, And Ears After Experiencing Heavy Bleeding And Blood Clots For 3 Weeks?

I had heavy bleeding with really big blood clots for 3 weeks and almost got to the point where I was about to get a blood transfusion. But now I have been feeling burning in my chest, upper back, throat and burning in my ears. Should I go back to the hospital or is this normal from what happened to me?
