Should I Consult A Healthcare Professional Regarding The Arm Bleeding After Stopping Aspirin?

5 years ago i had one bypass after a mild stroke.Iwasadvised to take low doz asperin as well as 10m of eliquis a day . lately myarms have had bleeding. the bleeding is under the skin and shows in spots on my arms. i stoped the asperin on my own volition and i don t seem to feel any problem. my blood pressure and my overall health is good seems to me. I ve been stopped taking asperin about 2 weeks. what is my risk?
