Should I Consult A Pediatrician For Cold, Cough, Chest Congestion, And Fever In A Child?

Hello Doctor, Good Morning, My 3 and half year old daughter ( weight 16kg ) had cold since Monday and since yesterday she had cough and chest congestion. Since today morning she had one spike of fever (100-101F) with chills ( I gave her Tylenol for fever). Do I need to show to the doctor or just keep on giving fever medicine as and when required considering its viral infection?
