Should I Consult A Pediatrician For Hand And Foot Discomfort, Color Changes, And Incessant Chewing Of Everything By A Toddler?

My 1 1/2 yr old daughter has been showing signs of discomfort (pins and needles), that varies in intensity, in her hands and feet. Sometimes they are red and warm, other times they were purplish. I m not sure if its a symptom that is related to the extremity issue or not, but she LOVES to chew on everything. Not just toys; but tape, trashbags( it was a clean one!), wood, metal, cardboard, and plastic, and I m sure more just haven t had the opportunity. She started teething early top set was first. Bottom set didn t start until 5mo ago and is now full. She just started walking without guidance a couple weeks ago however she was 9mo when she was walking around the coffee table. She is verbal; mama dada and knows who those people are , other than that its jibberish. i know she obviously needs to be seen by a pediatrician, but where we live is small not a lot of options for Healthcare Providers nor access to public transportation. Her systoms sometime time seem to be getting worse, means times up, time for me to pull my head out of my but t and get some answers. So I guess my question is where do I start?
