Should I Consult All My Specialists About Persistent Warmth, Flushing, And Occasional Itching In My Left Arm?

Random, weird...probably not all that significant...but my OBGYN recently commented, and I have...too many specialists...trying to cut down, but each one suggests another...so I m wondering which, if any, to signify this to ( Your wisdoms would show themselves richer to signify this to his doctor... -Hamlet.)...my left arm often flushes...around, mostly above, the elbow. It feels warm...both internally, and to the touch. Occasionally, it itches a bit, but it always goes away within a short period of time...usually about two hrs. Is this...dermatological, endocrine, neurological (esp. as it is only on one side, and I have some sympathetic, and parasympathetic issues), or perhaps even a rheumatological problem-as it is around the joint, and I already have one of those working on diagnosing musculoskeletal and autoimmune issues? Should I tell all of them, one or two, none...a PCP, and let him decide who I should tell...? Please advise.
