Should I Consult The Doctor For The Head Injury Where The Whole Head And Face Hurts?

Yesterday afternoon I hit the front of my head, right at the beginning of my hairline, with my hatchback door. It was pretty hard to the point that my teeth clanked together. I felt fine after. Today I have a headache where my whole head hurts, even the front of my face hurts. I'm worried that I might need to go to the er.

Hi,

If pain is the only symptom then you can take NSAID like Ibuprofen twice a day after meal. If pain decreases without any other symptoms then you don't have to goto ER.
