Hello and welcome to HCM .

Ayurveda and Homoeopathy , both are effective in treating menstrual irregularities .

The FSH level alone is not important .It is the ratio of LH/FSH that is more important also the findings of the pelvic ultrasound are important .

Since the Hormones are all affected by your lifestyle take care to avoid stress, go for meditation and exercises ,or walks regularly .

keep your weight within healthy levels by following your doctor's advice about diet and food .

Take 4-5 small and light meals daily .

Oats , Olive oil ,Green leafy vegetables , Fibre rich food are all good for you .

So all the best and take care .
