dear sir, i am abdul leaving in saudi since 10years, i am effected with diabetics since OCT-2010.in fasting 223-chols-220 and trigl..330.. bp is normal,after taking one month medicine for diabetics -and trig.. my sugar level reduced after two months as in sugar fasting -159-cholest-209 -trigl..149..still i am taking one tablet daily for sugar + neurobion tab+trig..still i am health concious furthur how and when i normal with medicine less day..pls advice..i am 40 years, wight 76 5.5 ...my grand father and mother have diabetic..thanks

Please understand that the sugar levels have come down to the normal level because you are on the medicines for the same. Once you stop them, the levels are likely to rise.
The medicines for triglycerides can be stopped and the levels repeated in 2-3 months. If the levels rise again, medicine may need to be restarted. But the medicines for sugars need to continue. The dose can be adjusted.
