Should I Continue Giving Bifilac Suspension To My Infant With Persistent Diarrhea?

My daughter 6 months old, having diarrhea,loose motion watery light yellow to dark yellow from Monday morning. yesterday evening & today morning gave bifilac suspension 2.5ml.. .. Still she passed motion at least 8 times today... Should I give same medicine or change... Kindly suggest...
