Should I Continue Giving Meftal P To My Child With A Fever?

My 6 years old daughter is having high fever since evening. Her weight is 22 kgs. I have given meftal p 6 m dose to her twice at an interval of 6 hours but fever is still not getting down, it s still 103.5. Please advise if I should wait and continue with meftal p or should give any other medicine
