Should I Continue Taking Contiflo After Experiencing Fever And Cold Exposure?

On 10th January 2022 at 08:00 AM in the morning, I went for a walk in the morning, it was too cold outside in Thane and I was not wearing any woolen clothes, I was shivering due to the cold temperature and stood in sunlight, still I was shivering for 15-20 minutes. I was wearing only Shirt and Bermuda (3/4th) in the cold morning.The same night, while sleeping I was using a thin shawl to cover, but was shivering whole night due to cold temperature. On 11th January 2022, I felt cold and shiver all day due to cold temperature but didn t felt fever. On 12th January 2022 at 02:30 AM, I felt fever and at 05:00 AM I took the first thermometer reading and it came out to be 99.6 degF, I took Cefixime 200 and Dolo 650 and temperature reduced by 15th January 2022. I gave Blood and Urine Sample for testing and reports are attached. Please suggest medicines based on attached report. I went under Prostate operation in 2007. Annual check was done in Nov 2021 last year and based on these observations consulted urologist. After consultation with urologist he has recommended Contiflo after MRI, PSA VALUE (Repeated), USG ABDOMEN Sonography and Uroflowmetry. Also checked ECG, and cardiologist has recommended PAN D tab and asked to continue Prolomet XL 25. There is no BP, Sugar problem. It is in normal range. Cardiologist also referred Gastroentrology specialist as gases used to form after food and on empty stomach. She (Gastroentrology Specialist) confirmed that there is no problem with stomach. Reports are attached. Please suggest if i should continue with Contiflo Tablet suggested by urologist
