Should I Continue With Zinc Suspension Or Try Another Treatment For My Toddler’s Frequent And Large Loose Motions?

My baby is 18 month old and she is suffering from loose motions, initially she she started with watery and semisolid motions. I gave her sporolac for two days but was not effective then I started zinc suspension 3ml and giving it from 3 days now she is having loose motions four to five times in a day but there quantity is very large. What should I do now continue with zinc suspension or any other medication.
