Should I Cover Up Myself While Sleeping When Suffering From High Fever?

I had a high fever, with awful chills. My body aches all over (muscles hurt) and both my wife and 3-year old are just getting over similar symptoms. The fever is down, and I am heading to bed, should I cover myself to try an sweat or sleep without covers and little clothing?

Hello thank you for writing us here.
Well surprisingly, I too had similar symptoms few days ago and I wore extra T-shirt and covered myself at night and let myself sweat. You might wake up feeling your bed to be moist but believe me, you'll feel better day by day.
You'll be alright but make sure your wife and child do not catch the fever.
God bless you and your sweet family.

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
