Should I Discontinue Medication For SLE After The Symptoms Have Subsided?

I am Dr Ismat Jahan.I am an internee doctor.I have SLE.Now i have no sign symptom of SLE.But still I am taking many drugs like Steroid,hydroxycloroquine,warfarin.sildenafil citrate.i want to stop talking drug.please help me SIR
