Should I Discontinue Plavix Now?

I have been on Plavix for 5 weeks after a bare stent placement - am seeing a new cardiologist next week so in between docs, but have pale skin since started Plavix. Should I discontinue now? I have read that this a very serious side effect from it. Thank you.
