Should I Get A Deep Cut On My Knuckle Stitched?

Hello, I suffered a deep cut to my knuckle the other day and went to A&E for treatment 4 days ago. They steri stripped it and gave me anti biotics. I ve had to change the strips today but the cut hasn t binded at all and its still very deep. Do I continue with the strips or go back for stitches. Thanks

Hi,

If there is wound gaping it is better to get it sutured.

You can consult a GP and get it sutured under local anesthesia.
