Should I Get A Second Opinion For The Collection Of Saliva Gland Hanging From My Uvula, As It’s Causing Anxiety And Discomfort?

Hi can you please help me, I went to the hospital yesterday I have something dangling from uvula, it was longer that usual, looks like clear fluid, when I touch it with my tongue it’s like tissue, the dr said it was collection of salvia gland? Should I get a second opinion? It’s making me very anxious. I can flatten it with my tongue and move it around. It’s annoying sensation in my throat. No fever, I did have a really bad cough a few weeks ago. Flu. Ect.. they said gargle salt water
