Should I Get A Specific Allergen Test Given My High IgE And Phadiatop Levels, Ongoing Itchiness, And Boils?

I am 47 years female. My ige level is 936 and phadiatop 19.I have history of allergic bronchitis but now a days I m better. Past 3 months I have prickly heat like boils on legs, back n stomach. Lots of irritation n inflammation inside n outside body from head to toe. I couldn t tolerate medicines given by dermetalogist. I have patches on my legs which gradually increased to thigh. I consulted gastroenterologist. His medicine helped me to lower inflammation n patches r no more but still it itches a little n boils have not gone yet. He got me tested for ige n phadiatop. Levels r too high. Kindly suggest what should I do next.. According to him he suggested specific allergen test. But I m not finding any lab doing comprehensive tests at economical price. Individual panels r very costly. Kindly guide. Is this test necessary? N. Where to get test done?
