Should I Get An Injection When I Have A Visible Pulse Above My Upper Lip?

Hello, I would like a vascular doctor to respond to my case. Ten years ago, I have a visible pulse above my upper lip, and there is no change in the color of the skin, nor any pain. I do not even feel its presence, but I can see it with the eye. I checked with a Doppler and noticed that it is 4 mm in diameter, but the healthy artery is 2 mm, which means that it is a slight expansion. Doctors advised me to inject a substance and others said leave it and I am very confused. I am 20 years old. Please reply
