Should I Get Checked By A Doctor Urgently Given My Rapid Weight Loss, Frequent Nosebleeds, Blackouts, Severe Pain, And Family History Of Cancer?

Hi, I’m 18 years old. I am 5’1” and weigh 135lbs. In May I weighed about 180lbs but just started losing suddenly. For about 3-5 months I’ve been getting nosebleeds, I can’t sleep, extremely painful migraines, dizziness and I fall, I black out sometimes, I have trouble breathing, I forget where I am and what I was doing, I have constant neck, back, and leg pain, the ground moves under me, I will have sudden loss of hearing and vision, I have memory loss, my knees give out, I have to think slower, I’m extremely sick and vomiting, I have light sensitivity, and sinus pressure. I don’t know what is going on. I have a family history of cancer. My mother had cancer, aunt, Grandma, grandpa, great grandpa, and so on. Should I get this checked out?
