Should I Get Imaging For A New Dent On My Forehead After A Fall, Given My Concussion Symptoms?

Hello. Two weeks ago I tripped while mopping and slammed my forehead onto my hard wood floor. The center of my head at the hairline got a vertical cut that s healed up well. There were blisters around it for a while but they re gone. I had a pretty large knot to the left of the cut, now that the swelling has gone down I notice a dent. I ve been having pressure in my eyes and temple, vision disturbances, dizziness, head pressure, and post nasal drainage and running nose. I m aware I ve suffered a concussion, my question is should I have my head imaged for a new dent, it s about the size of a dime.
