Should I Get It Checked Now Or Wait When My Nexplanon Implant Has Shifted After My Dog Scratched The Area, Causing Soreness, Headaches, And Insomnia?

My dog has scratched my arm where my nexplanon is inserted. The area has become sore and tender to touch. I noticed it has moved down and to the side a little bit. I am having severe headaches and not sleeping now. It’s due to come out in July of 2019. I have no health insurance. Should I go get it looked at or wait to see if it goes away after a week. It’s been now day 4 of not being able to sleep and my headaches are starting to get worse.
