Should I Give Meftal-spas Or Meftal-P For Fever In A Child?

I have given crocine 120 (7ml) ,along with taxim-o 50 (7ml) to my 4 year old girl child her weight is 14 kg, just 1nd hours before at that time she had 100.3 fever but even after that her fever further rises and now it is 101.3 so should I give her maftal - spas or meftal-p and what should be the dosage? Please suggest!
