Should I Give My Infant Zocon For Oral Thrush And Rash?

Hello Dr. My baby has oral thrush for which I was suggested to apply candid mouth paint. But the infection used reduce and again it used to increase. I am applying candid mouth paint from last 1 and a half month. I also found that my baby had some rash on anal region and pinkish skin on the folding of the vagina. When I visited Dr. Clinic for the same, he told me that infection is not much but still he has suggested me to give zocon 50 mg half tablet once a day for a week. Should I give this tablet even when the dr. Has said the infection is not much.
